At Give a Child a Voice, every purchase helps support our mission to break the silence and amplify a child’s voice through advocacy, awareness, and support services. Below you’ll find our shipping timelines, delivery details, and return policy.
 
Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
 
Nonprofit note: As a mission-driven organization, processing times may vary slightly during campaigns or high-volume periods as resources are directed toward program services.
 
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
 
Delivery Estimates
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and delivery location.
 
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Give a Child a Voice is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue when possible.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase and proud of the impact it helps create.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • Items are unused and unwashed

  • Items remain in original condition

  • Original tags or packaging (if applicable) are included


Eligible items include apparel and wristbands.

Exchanges
Exchanges for size or item type are offered based on inventory availability.
Customers must contact support@giveachildavoice.com prior to returning an item and include:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Requested exchange
     

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error or defect.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to organizational error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives an incorrect or defective item, notification must be made within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, Give a Child a Voice will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
