Grants & Funding - Investing in Voices That Protect Children
Grant funding helps us break the silence for children affected by abuse, bullying, and life-threatening illness—creating pathways to safety, healing, and hope.
At Give a Child a Voice, we work to ensure no child suffers in silence. Through education, awareness, and access to trusted resources, we help children and families navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. Grant funding allows us to expand our reach, deepen our impact, and build sustainable programs that protect children when they need it most.
Our Mission
Give a Child a Voice is a child-focused nonprofit dedicated to protecting, supporting, and amplifying the voices of children facing:
-
Child abuse and neglect
-
Bullying and peer victimization
-
Childhood life-threatening illness
We exist to remove barriers that keep children silent—fear, shame, isolation, and lack of access to support—and replace them with education, advocacy, and trusted pathways to help.
Why this Work is Critical
Millions of children experience abuse, bullying, or serious illness every year. Many do not know how to ask for help—or fear what will happen if they do. Too often, families struggle to navigate complex systems alone.
Common barriers include:
-
Fear of retaliation or not being believed
-
Limited access to trusted, child-focused resources
-
Stigma surrounding abuse, bullying, or illness
-
Lack of coordinated information for parents and caregivers
-
Expanding education and awareness initiatives
-
Creating accessible, centralized resources
-
Supporting prevention through early intervention
-
Building long-term infrastructure for sustainable impact
